Reservations are considered firm only when accompanied by a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION POLICY :
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

* More than 30 days before arrival, deposit refunded.<\/p>\n

* From 30 to 15 days, 50% of the stay, deposit retained.<\/p>\n

* Less than 15 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation is charged and non-refundable.<\/p>\n

SHORTENED STAY :
\n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Any stay begun is due in full.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION INSURANCE :
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

You can take out holiday cancellation\/interruption insurance. The cost is 3.5% of the total cost of your stay. To insure your stay, you must take out the insurance immediately after booking.<\/p>\n

NB: Rooms are available from 4 pm. Rooms must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.<\/p>\n

All our rooms are non-smoking.<\/p>\n

Pets are not allowed on our premises.<\/em><\/p>\n

Free Spa Montagne area: heated pool, Jacuzzi. OPEN from 9am to 8pm in summer
\nSauna and Hammam from 4pm, on request 1\/2h before use.
