The café-restaurant at the Hôtel Le Morillon welcomes you to a warm, modern and friendly setting, with its bar counter, large sunny terrace and a welcoming atmosphere from morning until night.
Situated at the foot of the slopes and overlooking the mountains, our restaurant welcomes both hotel guests and day visitors. Here, mountain cooking is combined with a simple yet carefully composed bistro menu, served in a relaxed atmosphere from lunchtime through to the evening.

At Café-Hôtel Le Morillon, our cuisine celebrates fresh, local produce and home-made recipes, from a quick lunch to large evening gatherings.
- Lunch: every day, a new lunch menu, to be enjoyed as a set meal or combined with dishes from the à la carte menu.
- Must-try dishes: our gratinated mountain-style croque, authentic Mère Maury ravioli, the butcher’s cut served with homemade chips, or our seared trout fillet.
- In the evening, Alpine specialities: traditional raclette served from a wheel of AOP raw-milk cheese, and our original ‘ravioliflette’ au gratin with Reblochon.
- Homemade desserts: French toast with salted caramel, local blueberry tart or a indulgent génépi to round off your meal.
