Le Grand Massif is France’s 4th largest ski area with ski-to-door connections. It boasts 265 km of skiing and peaks at an altitude of 2,500 m. Surrounded by magnificent scenery, the Grand Massif faces the Mont-Blanc chain on the French side, offering breathtaking panoramic views. Its 5 linked resorts – Flaine, Les Carroz, Morillon, Samoëns and Sixt – offer an astonishing diversity and complementarity of sites. High-altitude resorts, ski-in/ski-out resorts, pedestrian villages and village resorts, all offer ultra-fast access to the Grand Massif’s 144 slopes.

Take advantage of the refreshing presence of Lac Bleu and its leisure center, just a stone’s throw from Le Morillon*** hotel, with its multitude of activities: fishing (to discover on Pêche au pays du Mont-Blanc), swimming, volleyball, accrobranche, horseback riding… Other activities: paragliding, ibex trail, concerts, fireworks, stargazing, rafting, hydro-speed, tennis, canyoning, quad biking, mountain biking, fondue evenings in mountain huts…

Ideally located at the foot of the Grand Massif ski area, with its 1,800 m vertical drop, 150 m from the gondola and 50 m from the cross-country ski trails, Le Morillon*** guarantees direct access to 265 km of ski runs. Skiing here is a living tradition, cultivated every winter on acres of snowfields. Whether you’re a beginner or an expert, an avid skier or snowboarder, a lover of gentle slopes or a thrill-seeker, there’s something here for everyone. Nearby, you’ll find the French Ski School (ESF), the International Ski School (Zig Zag) and, of course, the Children’s Village.
